The Post
This position is predominantly based within Domestic Services, however, the successful postholder will also be required to work across all Facilities services which also entails Reception, Mailroom and Catering Services as required full training will be provided (Post-holder must be fit to carry out manual work whilst working in Catering, Mailroom and Domestic services) The post holder will also be required to participate in weekend and public holidays rota as part of this post and to support cover for staff absence, therefore an element of flexibility required, The Candidate We are looking for a reliable and dependable person who is able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative, Relevant experience in a similar or customer experience role is essential, You will possess basic PC skills to operate our switchboard and other IT systems, Good oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with both customers and colleagues at all levels is essential, Good interpersonal and customer-facing skills, and be able to empathise, maintain professionalism, display patience and liaise effectively within sometimes a pressurised environment
