About The Opportunity

A staffing and workforce solutions firm in the recruitment and talent-services sector supporting client-facing teams across industries. We deliver end-to-end hiring, onboarding and workforce enablement services and are looking for an on-site Learning & Development (L&D) Facilitator to lead high-impact classroom and workshop training programmes for employees across India.Role & Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, instructor-led classroom and on-site workshops aligned to defined learning objectives and client expectations.
Adapt and localise standard training content using adult-learning best practices to suit diverse learner groups and skill levels.
Conduct training needs analysis and pre/post assessments to measure knowledge transfer and identify follow-up actions.
Manage session logistics on-site—attendance tracking, materials, equipment set-up, and time management to ensure smooth delivery.
Provide actionable feedback and coaching to participants and stakeholders; escalate competency gaps and recommend remediation plans.
Maintain training records, prepare concise session reports, and collaborate with L&D leads to iterate instructional materials and evaluation metrics.

Virtual classroom tools
Training needs analysis

Preferred

Train-the-Trainer certification
Content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline)
Experience with behavioural assessment frameworks

Minimum Qualifications

: Proven experience delivering instructor-led training in a corporate or staffing environment. Comfortable working on-site across client locations in India. Strong command of English; proficiency in local language(s) an advantage.Benefits & Culture Highlights
