Job Description – Facebook Ads Manager (Coaches & Sales Funnel Expert)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facebook Ads Manager with strong experience in running ad campaigns specifically for coaches, consultants, course creators, and sales funnels.
The ideal candidate should understand lead generation, webinar funnels, VSL funnels, high-ticket funnels, and the complete customer journey—from cold audience to conversion.

This role requires someone who is data-driven, funnel-focused, and ROI-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize, create, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for coaches and digital programs.
• Manage full-funnel campaigns: Cold → Warm → Hot audience targeting.
• Set up campaigns for: Webinar funnels, VSL funnels, Lead magnets, High-ticket coaching funnels, Retargeting & nurturing sequences
• Work closely with funnel builders to optimize landing pages, CTAs, ad messaging, and user flow.
• Analyze key funnel metrics like:
• CPC, CTR, CPM
• CPL, Cost per booked call
• Funnel drop-offs (LP → Opt-in → Webinar → Booking → Sales)
• Identify and implement improvements to increase conversions and reduce cost per lead.
• Develop strong ad creatives working with the design and copy team.
• Write or guide high-performing ad copy for: Lead gen ads, Conversion ads, Retargeting ads, Video ads.
• Create new angles, hooks, storylines, and messaging frameworks for coach-centric audiences.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights & action points.
• Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, placements, and funnels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure quality leads for the funnel.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, trends, and algorithm changes.
• Recommend new tools, strategies, and opportunities for scaling campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience running Facebook Ads for coaches, consultants, or digital product businesses.
• Deep understanding of:
• Sales funnels
• Lead generation
• Retargeting frameworks
• High-ticket coaching funnels
• Webinar & VSL funnels
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Meta Ads Manager.
• Ability to manage large budgets and scale campaigns profitably.
• Strong understanding of marketing psychology & audience behaviour.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and results-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools such as ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Zapier, HubSpot, Landing Page Builders, CRM tools, etc.
• Understanding of copywriting principles for coaching industry ads.
• Experience working with digital marketing agencies or high-ticket coaches.
