Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Facebook Ads, Performance Marketing, and ROI-driven campaign management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns to drive growth, brand visibility, and lead generation for our media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Facebook Ads campaigns (Lead Gen, Engagement, Conversion, App Install, Video Views, etc.)
  • Execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies across digital channels.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and lower CPL/CPA.
  • Develop A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other reporting dashboards.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure high-quality ad creatives.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spending.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  • Identify new opportunities for scaling campaigns and improving conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to meet campaign objectives and timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Facebook Ads & performance marketing.
  • Proven experience in managing high-budget campaigns with clear results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Expertise in Ads Manager, Google Analytics, tracking tools, and CRM integrations.
  • Solid understanding of digital funnels, remarketing, audience segmentation, and attribution models.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced media environment.
  • Good to Have Experience in YouTube Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and automation tools.
  • Experience working with media houses, OTT platforms, or digital content companies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
