Role Overview:


We’re seeking a Facebook Ads Manager who can strategize, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms. Your role will directly influence lead generation, brand visibility, and revenue growth for clients across diverse industries worldwide. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution with a strong focus on achieving profitable results.


Key Responsibilities:


Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).


Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and funnel planning based on target market needs.


Create ad copies, visual briefs, and funnel strategies optimized for lead generation, sales, or brand awareness.


Track performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and optimize campaigns for maximum profitability.


Set up Meta Pixel, custom conversions, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.


Collaborate with internal creative/design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.


Share weekly performance reports along with improvement strategies.


Requirements:


1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook/Instagram Ads for agencies, brands, or eCommerce.


Strong understanding of paid funnels, targeting strategies, and conversion optimization.


Proven ability to achieve measurable results (leads, sales, ROAS, or cost-per-result targets).


Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Pixel, custom events, and retargeting flows.


Strong analytical mindset with an ability to interpret data and act on it.


Self-driven and able to hit weekly KPI targets.
