About the role
We’re looking for a seasoned Facebook (Meta) Ads specialist based in India to run high‑ROI lead generation campaigns for US clients in Solar, Real Estate, and Roofing. You’ll be responsible for end‑to‑end campaign strategy, execution, optimization, CRM integration, landing page testing, and delivering verifiable results—appointment bookings or cost‑per‑lead metrics that show a clear return.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute Facebook/Meta paid‑social strategies for US Solar, Real Estate, and Roofing offers.
  • Build, launch, and optimize lead‑generation campaigns: creative, audiences, budgets, bids, and placements.
  • Integrate ads with CRM and lead flows; ensure leads are routed correctly and data is tracked end‑to‑end.
  • Set up, test, and optimize high‑converting landing pages, forms, and funnels.
  • Provide clear reporting: CPL, appointment booking costs, conversion rates, ROAS or similar KPIs; identify performance issues and propose fixes.
  • Work with the team to align campaign goals, timelines, and budgets; iterate quickly based on results.

Must‑have qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Facebook/Meta Ads experience, specifically running US‑focused lead‑gen or appointment‑setting campaigns.
  • Proven results: documented case studies or campaign reports showing cost‑per‑lead, appointment booking costs, or ROI for Solar, Real Estate, Roofing, or closely related niches.
  • CRM experience: connecting ads to CRMs, automations, or lead routing tools; comfortable troubleshooting data flow from ads to CRM.
  • Landing page / funnel experience: able to set up, test, and improve LPs for better conversion.
  • Strong English communication skills; ability to explain performance, present results, and suggest strategy changes.
  • Professional references or client contacts who can confirm results and reliability.

Nice‑to‑have

  • Experience with US compliance or advertising nuances for Solar, Roofing, or Real Estate.
  • Familiarity with additional channels or creative testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge of appointment‑setting or SDR processes for outbound or inbound leads.

Compensation

  • Competitive, performance‑aligned pay; exact range depends on skill level, results, and scope.
  • Potential bonuses or higher rates tied to hitting CPL or appointment targets.
