We are hiring for the Leading ITES Company for Project Manager - Finance and Accounts

Role Overview:

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of Company Financials services within the Equity Capital Markets domain, ensuring high-quality outputs, SLA adherence, and strong stakeholder management across global delivery centers.

Key Skills:

  1. Minimum 7 years of experience in Capital Markets, Equity Research, Fixed Income, or Financial Information Services.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Project / Delivery Management in Capital Markets or Financial Research domain.
  3. Ability to manage a team of 100 team members across various streams in Company Financials distributed globally across different
  4. Graduates in B.Com / M.Com / ICWA / CA

  • Manage the Company Financials Delivery with the Equity Capital Market team distributed over global delivery centers with strong understanding of Company Financial Reports and timely delivery with high accuracy.
  • Experience of business sourcing in equity capital market with thorough understanding of capital market segment and various products offered under the capital market segment including but not limited to Company Financial Reports, Broker And Analyst Reports, Fixed Income products - Corporate Bonds etc.
  • Candidate needs to have an overall experience of 8 years, of which a minimum 5 years of in independently managing large assignments in capital markets and financial information services.
  • Knowledge of reading and interpreting financial data and financial statement analysis
  • Lead a team of 100-200 team members across various streams in Company Financials distributed globally across different geographies, timezones and cultures
  • Lead Client meetings and discussions - Govern, Review, drive and manage Client defined SLAs and internal metrics. Delivery owner and SPOC.
  • Analyze daily performance indicators, encourage awareness and drive performance improvements
  • Provide leadership, guidance and feedback on individual and team performance
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal / external stakeholders and address business needs effectively
  • Lead the P&L for the cluster
  • Plan Staffing and Training needs
  • Build and ensure a culture of accountability, integrity and respect
  • Identify and work on new opportunities to grow the cluster - Effort Estimation, Validation and Pricing
  • Participate in various projects and continuous process improvement activities
