Job Title: Exports – Sales & Marketing
Location: Mumbai
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Exports – Sales & Marketing Professional to handle
international business development, client management, and market expansion for our Wires,
Cables, and Harness division. The role requires strong knowledge of export procedures,
international trade compliance, and the ability to drive sales growth in global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement export sales & marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and explore new international markets, distributors, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, agents, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with export documentation, customs regulations, and trade laws.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Logistics, Accounts, and Quality) to ensure
smooth execution of export orders.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize export contracts.
- Monitor competitor activities and global market trends to provide business insights.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
- Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and present to senior management.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of INCOTERMS, LC, export incentives, and DGFT-related
documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in International Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–8 years of proven experience in Exports Sales & Marketing in the Wires & Cables / Electrical /
Manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of international trade procedures, documentation, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel internationally for business development.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
