Job Description – Export Sales Manager


Location: Mundka, Delhi


About the Role


We are looking for a dynamic Export Sales Manager to lead international business development and client management. The candidate should be fluent in English, skilled in LinkedIn lead generation, and experienced in handling export documentation, CRM, and data management. A positive attitude with a good sense of humour will be a plus to maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.


Key Responsibilities


Identify and generate international B2B leads using LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and other platforms.


Manage export sales cycle – from inquiry to order closure.


Handle export documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, LC, etc.).


Work with CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.


Prepare and analyse data/reports for export business performance.


Communicate effectively with international clients in fluent English (written & verbal).


Coordinate with internal departments – production, accounts, logistics – for smooth export operations.


Participate in trade fairs and exhibitions to expand global reach.


Build long-term relationships with overseas buyers through trust, professionalism, and a positive approach.



Desired Candidate Profile


Graduate / MBA in International Business or Sales & Marketing.


3–6 years of experience in export sales / international business development.


Strong knowledge of export documentation and compliance.


Proficiency in LinkedIn lead generation, CRM tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.


Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).


Smart personality with good negotiation skills and a sense of humour.


Ability to travel internationally if required.
