Export Sales Manager
Job Description:*
The Export Sales Manager is responsible for driving international sales growth and global business development, while operating remotely and coordinating with production and logistics teams based in Mundka Industrial Area. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities in overseas markets, developing strong client relationships, and implementing export strategies to enhance the company’s global footprint.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Develop and execute export sales strategies to meet revenue and growth goals across assigned international regions.
Identify, onboard, and manage global distributors, agents, and channel partners.
Maintain and grow key client relationships in multiple countries to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine export strategies and identify new growth areas.
Negotiate international contracts, pricing, and delivery terms in line with company policies and market standards.
Ensure accurate export documentation and compliance with international trade laws and INCOTERMS.
Attend virtual or in-person trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings globally when required.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams at Mundka facilities to fulfill export orders efficiently and on time.
*Key Skills & Competencies:*
In-depth knowledge of international sales, export operations, and trade compliance.
Strong B2B sales experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing sectors.
Proven skills in negotiation, cross-border relationship management, and remote collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple markets independently and drive results under minimal supervision.
Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and proficient in MS Office.
Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
