Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Export Sales Manager to lead and expand our international sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, developing international sales strategies, managing distributor and client relationships, and ensuring the company’s products reach global markets effectively and profitably. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in assigned international markets. Identify and establish relationships with international distributors, agents, and key customers. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs in global markets. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients while ensuring profitability and compliance. Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and business networking events to promote the company’s products and services. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs, and export laws. Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in international/export sales, preferably in [industry—e.g., FMCG, manufacturing, chemicals, etc.]. Proven track record of developing and managing export markets. Strong understanding of international trade regulations and logistics. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and travel internationally as required. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Preferred Attributes: Culturally aware and adaptable to working with diverse international clients. Results-driven with strong business acumen. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
