We have 5 positions
Primary responsibility for achieving OI in allocated territory, entering new markets and
selling new revamp solutions
1. Business Development:
- Proactively identify potential customers, projects, and business opportunities in the
commercial sector.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and
market research.
- Establish and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including architects,
consultants, contractors, and developers.
-Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products. Practice effective,
excellent communication with management, customers, and support staff.
2. Sales Management:
- Present product offerings and solutions to customers in a compelling and informative
manner.
- Develop customized proposals and quotations for commercial projects, ensuring they align
with customer requirements and budgets.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, coordinating with internal
teams to ensure smooth execution.
3. Expertise:
- Develop a deep understanding of product portfolio, staying updated on industry trends and
new product developments.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, addressing their inquiries and
assisting with product selection.
-Sufficient knowledge of financial, contractual (bonds & guarantees,) and legal (obligations,
penalties) aspects to be able to interface with internal relevant parties, and assess impacts
on costing
4. Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer
support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to stay informed and
share best practices.
-Develop and manage partner relationships in region and work with the Inside Sales Team
of the region
5. Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update customer information in the CRM
system.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to sales management
- Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect, and assess sales and move a large
number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
