Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead technical activities Interface with the customer and represent the customer voice internally. Enhance the customer relationship management & Prepare the Sales Outlook and Budget (pricing, acquisitions, projects, sourcing decisions). Ensure commercial strategy consistency between the regions in the BD. Identify the trends of the customer, in coordination with marketing. Is in charge of all acquisitions for the customer, including pre-selling activities, Promote innovation at the customer for new products introduction & Improve customer account profitability. Is responsible of the customer contracts (including approval,signature and application). Develop and operate within budget for team with guidance from Head of Aftermarket Sales. People Management Key Professional Competencies Advanced knowledge of automotive market Knowledge of manufacturing process and technical understanding Ability to develop global customer strategy Good ability to work in a multicultural environment Excellent customer focus ability Solid technical negotiation Ability to lead a cross functional team Business level English proficiency Key Personal Competencies Drives Engagement & Develops Talent Collaboration & Teamwork Ownership & Accountability Communication & Presentation Qualification • Bachelor / Master degree in Business / Management / Marketing with 10 + years of experience in after market sales from Auto ancillary Preferred candidate profile Best in industry
