Job Title: Export Sales Associate
Department: Inductus Global (Import–Export Division of Inductus Limited)
Location: Noida, Sector 2

To support the international sales and export operations of Inductus Global by assisting in lead generation, client coordination, export documentation, and smooth execution of overseas shipments.
1. International Business Support
· Research and identify potential buyers, importers, and distributors in target markets.
· Assist in developing new export markets and expanding the company’s trading network.
· Conduct basic market research on pricing, competitors, and product demand.
2. Sales Assistance & Client Coordination
· Support in generating export leads and following up with potential international clients.
· Assist in preparing quotations, pricing discussions, and basic negotiations.
· Maintain regular communication with clients for updates, documentation, and queries.
3. Order Processing & Coordination
· Coordinate with sourcing, logistics, and finance teams for order execution.
· Prepare and manage purchase orders, proforma invoices, and sales confirmations.
· Assist in coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers for timely shipments.
4. Export Documentation & Compliance
· Prepare and verify export documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.).
· Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs norms, and company policies.
· Liaise with CHA, shipping lines, and logistics partners for shipment handling.
5. Reporting & Record Management
· Maintain records of export transactions, orders, and payment status.
· Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, and market updates for management.
· Track shipment status and payment follow-ups.
6. Client Relationship & Representation
· Build professional relationships with international buyers and vendors.
· Support the team during trade fairs, virtual meetings, and global promotions.
· Present the company’s product offerings clearly and professionally.
· Understanding of export procedures, international trade, and documentation.
· Strong communication and coordination skills.
· Knowledge of Incoterms, payment terms (LC, TT), and trade finance (added advantage).
· Good analytical, market research, and follow-up skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and export portals.
· Graduate/Postgraduate in International Business, Commerce, or related fields.
· 1–3 years of experience in Export Sales/International Business (preferred).
· Experience in export documentation or overseas client coordination is an added advantage.
