Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage export pricing structures, ensuring competitiveness and profitability in alignment with company policies and market trends.
• Perform detailed cost analysis covering freight, customs duties, insurance, and other export-related expenses to determine accurate product pricing.

• Coordinate with overseas vendors, freight forwarders, and carriers to obtain competitive export freight rates and service quotations for pricing evaluations.

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Commercial teams to finalize export quotations, ensuring compliance with company margins and business objectives.

• Maintain and update pricing databases and records, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all export pricing documentation.

• Analyze market conditions, competitor pricing, and currency fluctuations to recommend strategic pricing adjustments.
• Ensure adherence to Incoterms, export control laws, and regulatory requirements while formulating export price structures.
• Monitor international trade policies, EXIM benefits, and export incentives to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance pricing competitiveness.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Knowledge of shipping documentation and logistics regulations. 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 3. Experience in compliance with customs and understanding of incoterms. 4. Familiarity with ERP and SAP systems is an added advantage. 5. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (including advanced formulas), and PowerPoint. 6. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 7. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. 8. Attention to detail with excellent execution and coordination abilities. 9. Ability to work as part of a team, effectively following verbal and written instructions. 10. A proactive and meticulous approach with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership. 11. Ability to think innovatively and deliver out-of-the-box solutions.
