Operations Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

Supply & Caregiver Management

• Onboard high-quality caregivers to meet customer demand
  
• Oversee verification, training completion, and service activation
  
• Build strong relationships with caregivers in your assigned area
  
• Address issues related to availability, punctuality, grooming, and professionalism
  

Daily Operations & Service Delivery

• Ensure smooth daily service delivery with minimal disruptions
  
• Monitor bookings, attendance, shift completion, and cancellations
  
• Act as the first escalation point for field-level issues
  
• Coordinate with customer support and central operations for quick resolutions
  

Quality & Process Excellence

• Implement and enforce SOPs for onboarding and service delivery
  
• Conduct field audits and on-ground quality checks
  
• Identify recurring issues and drive corrective actions
  
• Improve customer and caregiver experience through structured feedback loops
  

Growth & Improvement Initiatives

• Execute operational and quality improvement initiatives
  
• Analyze operational data to identify gaps and opportunities
  
• Support pilots, new processes, and rollout initiatives
  
• Share field insights with product, training, and support teams
  

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelors degree (mandatory)
  
• 7+ years in operations, service delivery, or field operations
  
• Experience in

  Zomato, Swiggy, Urban Company

  , or similar platforms preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to execute on-ground tasks with speed and ownership
  
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
  
• Comfortable with field travel and dynamic work environments
