What this job involves:
Ensuring client satisfaction
Working with the support of your account lead, you will manage your onsite team providing consistent leadership and coordination achieving country and regional initiatives and deliverables. Manage site operations, helpdesk and workplace operations. You will work closely with the client s facilities management team in your country and be the main point delivering outstanding service. Through active collaboration with your team you will ensure the success of all facilities management services including all operations, events coordination, building and technical services, risk mitigation, financial management, plus team and vendor performance. Strategic Planning
Supported by your Hub Lead, you ll prepare business strategies for your country and ensure their success. Maintaining a consistent focus on data integrity and timely delivery against targets will be a key focus of this role. Forecasting and accurately projecting against exponential growth, on this high volume client account will be key to your success.
Meeting the clients facilities needs
You ll be responsible for working closely with the client to understand their current needs and anticipate future requirements. Your planning and stakeholder management skills will be vital in this role, you will be a key decision making in the procurement and management of vendors and services.
Making everyone safe and risk-free

In this role, you will protect everyone s health and safety by maintaining effective and efficient workplace safety procedures. Your onsite team will be the first line of defence against risks. As such, you will help implement and manage risk management programs minimising operational impact of unexpected events. You ll also ensure your team follows escalation and incident reporting procedures and comply with all relevant policies and guidelines.
Risk management
Monitoring adherence against policies, procedures and applicable laws will be your responsibility along with compliance against health & safety standards and environmental regulations. Your team will be able to rely on your guidance and support during standard operations, in addition to power shutdowns, evacuations, space planning, moves and vendor management. You ll instill a risk-conscious culture within your team to ensure swift risk identification and immediate mitigation besides maintaining regular updates and reporting as per the applicable procedures.

Knowledgeable & confident
To fit into the role, you must have at least [ 7+ ] years of relevant experience in facility or property management, preferably within a fast paced and high volume MNC environment. You will have exceptionally high standards and be skilled in relationship management, with strong analytical and presentation skills, as well as financial acumen, you will be equipped with some of the essentials for the job. You should be goal-oriented and possess the ability and confidence to make tough decisions to resolve problems or improve operations.
