Key Responsibilities:
Cluster Operations ManagementSupervise day-to-day facility operations across all bank branches/sites in the assigned cluster.Ensure uninterrupted services including housekeeping, security, technical maintenance, and vendor operations.Compliance ManagementEnsure 100% statutory compliance across all sites.Regularly audit documentation, licenses, and permits as per client and legal requirements.Conduct site audits and coordinate with vendors for timely renewals of statutory documents like fire NOC, lift license, DG set permissions, etc.Vendor ManagementMonitor vendor performance, deployment, and billing.Conduct periodic vendor reviews and take corrective actions when required.Validate vendor invoices and service quality against SLAs.Branch Visits as per scheduleClient Relationship & ReportingAct as a single point of contact (SPOC) for the client for operational issues within the cluster.Attend periodic client meetings to review operations, compliance status, and
