Job Description

  • Narayani Holidays & Hospitality is seeking an experienced Manager B2B/MICE Operations to lead and manage end-to-end operations for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) and B2B travel programs.
  • The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events, group movements, incentive tours, conferences, and exhibitions across domestic and international destinations.
  • The candidate will be responsible for vendor management, cost negotiations, budgeting, itinerary planning, and flawless on-ground execution.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong operational knowledge of hotels, transport, venues, suppliers, and destination management companies.
  • You will oversee a team, allocate tasks, ensure timelines are met, and maintain quality standards across all projects.
  • Coordination with sales teams, clients, hotels, airlines, and service partners will be a key part of this role.
  • The role also involves handling client requirements, preparing operational plans, managing escalations, and ensuring client satisfaction. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Experience in handling large corporate groups and managing multiple projects simultaneously is mandatory.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working under pressure, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company and client standards.
