Next Naturals is India’s leading manufacturer of tropical fruit purees and concentrates and IQF fruits and vegetables. Our head office is based out of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Our company does a wide variety of assorted fruit pulps such as mango pulp, guava pulp and avocado pulp, in addition to our fresh range of frozen fruits and vegetables such as peas, sweetcorn and papaya. We are a committed export house, focusing on the B2B segment and HORECA segment.


JOB PROFILE:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Export Marketing Executive to focus on lead generation and new market development in export markets (GCC Area). The primary responsibilities will include cold calling, emailing potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the international markets. 


The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of global trade dynamics, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth. 


  • Lead Generation

    : Proactively identify, research, and generate new leads in international markets through cold calling, emailing, and other outreach strategies. 
  • Market Research

    : Conduct in-depth research to identify potential export markets, trends, and customer needs, and assess competitive landscapes. 
  • Client Outreach

    : Initiate and maintain contact with potential customers to understand their needs and introduce the company’s product portfolio. 
  • Relationship Building

    : Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring consistent follow-up to nurture leads into opportunities. 
  • New Market Development

    : Explore and develop new geographic regions, uncovering opportunities for the company's products in untapped export markets. 
  • Sales Pipeline Management

    : Maintain an updated database of leads and prospects, track all interactions, and report on progress and outcomes using CRM tools and Google sheets 
  • Product Knowledge

    : Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate the benefits to potential clients. 
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations in expanding into new markets. 
  • Reporting:

    Provide regular reports and insights on sales activities, lead generation, and market trends to the business development manager. 
  • Export Documentation:

    Creation of export documentation for export shipments as and when required. 
  • Marketing

    : Attending and exhibiting at different food exhibitions to develop company presence, generate leads and understand new market developments 


Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field. 
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably in export markets. 
  • Strong knowledge of international trade, export regulations, and global market trends. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in cold calling, emailing, and using CRM tools for lead management. 
  • Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 


In addition, during the term of your employment you may be required to undertake such other duties as may be commensurate with your profile in the Company. On certain occasions, for training purposes and to cover operational requirements, you may also be required to undertake other duties as may be necessary and notified to you by the company to produce production compliance as per requirements at the right time
