Export Manager

Job Summary: The Exports Manager will be responsible for handling international sales operations, developing new export markets, maintaining relationships with overseas clients, and ensuring smooth execution of export documentation and logistics. The role requires strong knowledge of cement/construction materials markets, international trade regulations, and export procedures. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new international markets for cement and construction materials. Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, agents, and distributors. Negotiate export contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and stakeholders. Coordinate with production, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Prepare export documentation (LC, shipping documents, customs clearance, etc.) as per international trade regulations. Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Achieve sales and revenue targets for export business. Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export-import regulations, and company policies. Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of experience in export sales, preferably in cement/construction materials. Strong knowledge of export documentation, shipping procedures, and INCOTERMS. Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills. Ability to manage multiple international clients and markets simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
