Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Export Sales Executive at Sega World Private Limited, located in Rajkot, with some work from home acceptable. The Export Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding the export portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with international clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all shipments meet quality and delivery standards. Daily tasks include market research, coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams, attending trade shows, and preparing sales reports. Qualifications Experience in Export Sales, International Market Development, and Client Relationship Management Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Knowledge of market research and analysis Ability to manage logistics, documentation, and customs processes Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Understanding of quality standards and compliance requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Previous experience in the agro-commodity or construction materials industry is a plus
