Role & responsibilities

• Export Documentation Assistant:

• Prepare and verify shipping documents accurately and on time.
• Handle bank documentation, such as Letters of Credit (LC), if applicable.
• Maintain organized records of all export-related paperwork.

• Export Manager:

• Develop strategies for expanding business in current and new geographical markets.
• Manage international sales operations and buyer engagement.
• Coordinate logistics and shipping with carriers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international export regulations.

• Operations Executive (Import/Export Documentation):

• Process and verify all import and export shipping documents, such as invoices and packing lists.
• Ensure timely and accurate customs clearance.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and other logistics partners.

• Trade Finance Specialist

  (often overlaps with export roles):

• Handle trade finance transactions, including processing Letters of Credit (LCs).
• Provide guidance on trade finance options to clients.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations related to export and import activities.
