Export Manager

As a leading exporter with a strong presence in international markets, Glass World is seeking an experienced and motivated Export Manager to join the team and oversee global sales operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement international sales strategies to penetrate new markets. - Manage end-to-end export operations, including documentation, logistics, and compliance. - Establish and cultivate relationships with overseas buyers, agents, and distributors. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with international clients. - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and trade regulations. - Collaborate with production, logistics, sampling, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. - Ensure adherence to export laws, customs requirements, and international trade regulations. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales/management. - Proficient in export documentation, INCOTERMS, and global trade regulations. - Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities. - Capable of managing multiple markets and fostering long-term customer relationships. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Fluency in English; experience in the Glass industry and knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
