Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Export Manager with 4 to 9 years of experience to join our team in Gurugram and Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in export management, preferably in the ceramics or natural stone industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and execute sales and marketing strategies for the company.
Develop new dealers, distributors, and business partners in international markets.
Coordinate export-related issues with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
Travel extensively in overseas markets for business development and promotion.
Implement competitive selling programs to improve product awareness and enhance business growth.
Assist the Director in traveling as needed.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in export management or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in B.B.A or M.B.A/PGDM.
Strong knowledge of current export laws and regulations.
Excellent decision-making and management skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Experience in handling new product launches and expanding the product portfolio.
Knowledge of ATL/BTL activities and annual planning for these budgets is required.
Familiarity with French, Spanish, and Arabic languages is an added advantage.
