Job Description

Key duties include handling documentation, coordinating with Bankers, carriers, monitoring shipments, and resolving logistical issues.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily export operations.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs laws.
Coordinate with customers, logistics providers, customs brokers, Bank,and factory.
Prepare,process, and manage all necessary export and import documentation.
Negotiate shipping rates and timelines with freight forwarders and carriers.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Resolve any issues that arise during the shipping or customs process.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and stay updated on regulatory changes.

Qualifications and skills

Education:
A bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Experience:
Typically requires 3-5 years of experience in import/export or logistics.

Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
Knowledge of customs documentation and tariff classifications.
Familiarity with Export documentation such as Pre-shipment or Post shipment documents.
MS-Office & excel.

Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
