Role Description

Unicorn Petroleum Industries Private Limited is seeking an Exports Documentation professional who will be responsible for coordinating the export process and preparing necessary documentation. This is a full-time on-site role located in Kurla. As an Exports Documentation professional, you are required to ensure that all export documentation complies with the relevant regulations.

Office Location: Chembur - Mumbai

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Documentation, or related fields

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure

• Familiarity with Incoterms and international trade compliance regulations

• Proficiency in MS Office, with emphasis on Excel and Word

• 3-4 years of experience in Exports Documentation is preferred.

Job Profile

• Coordination Contacting Factory for cargo readiness

• Follow-up with accounts and bank for e-BRC

• Communicate/ Visit customs (Air cargo/ NSICT) regarding received queries

• Follow-up with Foreign supplier for import shipment documents

• Coordination with CA for certifications of government agency

• Coordination with Ice gate

• Following-up with DGFT for advance license

• Co-ordination and compliance with banks for license closing.

• Import Shipment costing

• Import duty calculation and clearance

• EPCG application and advance license redemption status report

• Rodtep scheme Application & follow up, report Applied, Realized and Pending Advance license application and redemption

• Insurance return filing

• ECGC return

• Application for various incentives to govt agencies

• Pre and Post Export shipment planning documentation

• Insurance certificates issuance for Export shipments

• Preparation of Rodtep statement and scheme application

• Monthly export data submission to Accounts department for GST filing

• Daily Shipment Report.

• Maintain master files for each customer – including documents, HSN codes, LC, specific requirements, etc.
