Description:

Pricing Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to achieve business objectives.Analyze market conditions, customer demand, and competitive pricing to inform pricing decisions.Work with sales and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with overall business goals.

Cost Analysis: Conduct thorough cost analysis to determine the optimal pricing for logistics services.Assess the impact of various cost factors, including transportation, warehousing, and labor.Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing strategies and market trends.Conduct competitive benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive pricing.Adjust pricing strategies based on market intelligence and competitor actions.

Proposal and Bid Management: Prepare pricing proposals and bids for new business opportunities.Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized pricing solutions for key accounts.Ensure all pricing proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with company objectives.

Documentation Preparation: Prepare and process export documentation according to customs regulations, export control laws, and shipping requirements.Ensure accurate and timely preparation of commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other required documents.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with international shipping regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Verify that all documentation meets import/export requirements and that shipments adhere to legal and regulatory standards.

Coordination with Internal and External Parties: Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and other third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth shipment handling.Work closely with internal departments, including sales, logistics, and finance, to gather required information and support export activities.

Customs Clearance: Assist in coordinating customs clearance processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided to customs authorities. Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the customs clearance process.

Shipment Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and track the status of export shipments and provide regular updates to relevant parties.Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation.
