About the Role:

Export Documentation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all export/import shipments and related documentation.
• Plan, coordinate, and track inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Supervise logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service operations.
• Handle EXIM documentation, banking processes, and LC (Letter of Credit) operations.
• Organize and manage warehousing, goods labelling, shipment routing, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, banking regulations, licenses, and ISO standards.
• Coordinate with CHA, transporters, shipping lines, and internal departments.
• Track and apply various

  INCOTERMS

  (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) and manage demurrage/detention.
• Maintain accurate documentation: Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Inspection Certificate, etc.
• Responsible for

  EBRC closure

  , duty drawback, FTAs, MEIS, and other government incentive schemes.
• Update customers on shipment status, documentation, and payments.
• Prepare cost sheets, export reports, and perform data analysis for improvements.
• Manage insurance inspections, claims, and legal export documents.
• Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate preferred shipping rates.
