Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end export/import operations, logistics coordination, compliance documentation, and administrative tasks.
Demonstrate proven experience in using Tally for financial and inventory-related activities.
Prepare, review, and organize export/import documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
Ensure compliance with all EXIM and customs regulations and procedures.
Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Oversee and monitor the customs clearance process for both imports and exports.
Handle documentation for EPCG, Advance Authorization, Duty Drawback, and other trade-related schemes.
Maintain and update detailed, well-organized records for audits and internal reviews.
Liaise with internal departments and external partners to streamline operations and resolve issues.
Track shipments, address queries, and proactively manage and resolve any logistical delays.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies.
Design and create basic promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.
Execute general office support tasks using MS Office and Tally, including data entry, report generation, and documentation archiving.
Facilitate banking processes by preparing and verifying documents related to payments, invoices, and clearances.
