Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive
secondary sales
and ensure visibility and availability in general trade outlets.
Build and manage
strong trade relationships
; provide value to both customers and consumers.
Expand
distribution coverage
and improve merchandising of Del Montes product portfolio.
Identify and manage
distribution partners
; oversee their salesforce and ensure FIFO compliance.
Identify outlets for
Point of Sales Material (POSM)
deployment.
Handle
customer negotiations
, operational issue resolution, and
consumer complaints
.
Support in
sales forecasting and budget execution
.
Train distributor salesmen and logistics staff; monitor performance and reporting.

Experience of team handing and General Trade sales.
