Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To drive, growth & sustain the Operational Excellence in unit
To roll out & Support in operational excellence for other units of the region
To train & align the operations & other Functional heads for operational excellence in the unit
Handle & Support in ~1-2 regional process improvement project.
To streamline the Key processes in unit Billing, OT & Bed Management Etc. for unit.
To have weekly / monthly / Quarterly operational excellence update meetings with Unit head & Regional business head.
To maintain the project timelines.

Knowledge of Lean six sigma
Have taken initiatives & has participated in process development in the past
Knowledge of excel and Business Analysis
Seeking for growth in operations @ group level
Has basic knowledge of P&L and Business aspect of operations
