Job Description

  • Business Development

  • Development and implementation of a region wise Business development Plan.
  • To visit new / prospective clients to promote parking solution.
  • To gather information from the prospective client.
  • To conduct survey work on need basis.
  • To make presentation to clients on various parking solutions available with Secure Parking including parking equipments.
  • To gather information on Tender Documents for govt. parking requirements.
  • To work on the Tender Documentation and its submission process.
  • To participate in the preparation of tender documentation and other proposals for the future expansions of car parking operations, including managing the outcome of the tender process for the installation of automated car park access control systems and equipments.
  • To seek information on the necessity of automated car park.
  • Analyzing competitor activity and explore and exploit any commercial opportunities arising.
  • Developing and presenting annual sales budgets and revenue forecast for automated car park access control systems and equipments for the assigned region.
  • OPERATIONS

  • Contributing to the preparation of annual budgets for car parking operations in the assigned region
  • Directing Car park managers operations to ensure that all planned targets are met within agreed budgets and time frames.
  • Advice and support to car park managers and ground staff on all car parking operational issues.
  • Manage the handling of all customer service inquiries, complaints, incident reports and claims in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Manage adherence to all financial transaction policies and procedures (cash management, permanent passes, daily cash banking ect ) and respond to and implement and monitor recommendations made by internal auditor.
  • In conjunction with Regional Manager – OPS analyse car park performance in terms of revenue and usage.
  • Review and revise the standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Develop, review and revise local operating procedures (LOPs) for all upcoming and existing car parks in the assigned region.
  • Maintaining strict adherence to company policy requirements including active participation in the monthly operation and BD meetings, audits to assess potential risk, management of incidents, claims settlement and conflict management.

Team Work

  • Share & seek information relevant to the progress of the assignment with Operations and other team members.
  • Assist the Regional Manager in report generation and follow up on submitted proposals.
  • Working on the achieving Business Development Budget with the OPS Team.
  • Share competitor activity and explore any commercial opportunities with OPS team.

Quality management

  • Preparation of PPT’s and proposals for presentation to clients.
  • Ensure proper liasioning with landlords, owners and the OPS Team.
  • Ensure that the proposals to clients are generated and sent within the required time frame.
  • Providing information on competitor activity.

Client Interface

  • Proposals to be sent to clients.
  • Regular and strong follow-up with clients.

C. Key Competencies required to perform the current role

Position Requirements

ONLY MALE CANDIDATE

1. Graduate(BE/B.Tech) /Post Graduate in Sales and Marketing.

2. A minimum of 04-10 years experience in a similar position with a successful track record of achieving results.

3. Superior relationship building and negotiation skills with high level commitment to customer service.

4. Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation and achievement of operational, business plans and assigned budgets.

5. Demonstrated experience in the compilation and negotiation of contracts and tender documents for equipment and support services.

6. Demonstrated ability to ably lead, motivate and manage a team of staff at the operations level.

7. Ability to develop Business development strategy for each area of business for the assigned region

8. Proficiency in MS office.

9. Knowledge of preparing and presenting reports.

10. Well developed written verbal and inter personal communication skills, including the ability to persuade negotiate and close contracts.
