1. Overseeing the full cycle of recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, and offering candidates
2. Sourcing candidates from different platform and maintaining an active candidate pipeline
3. Interview line-up & Coordination with HODs and with internal team to close open positions within due time
4. Devising sourcing strategies to attract top talent
5. Understand how to recruit both active and passive candidates
6. Conducting Inductions & orientations
7. Experience on working on ATS (application tracking system) will be preferable
8. Should have worked on Junior to Senior level positions
9. Go getter, positive mindset and result oriented
10. Assist senior in HR operations as assigned in KRA
1. Prioritization skills are required the ability to be flexible should priorities change quickly
2. Outgoing, calm, focused, results-oriented, self-motivated, entrepreneurial professional
3. Organized, detail oriented and demonstrated ability to manage high volume recruitment activities
