Job Description

Handling recruitment process (Bottom to Top level), coordination, scheduling interviews, follow ups with consultants for new requirements, maintaining recruitment status.
Source candidates through Different mediums like job portals, internet, References & screen each prospective candidate on skills and other aspects of the requirement.
Responsible for Job posting and mass mailing on job portal & sourcing resumes from portal.
Conducting initial round of HR interview, coordination with concerned HODs for Technical rounds.
Coordinate Interviews, feedbacks etc. between the HOD and the candidate and ensure no gaps in communication.
Negotiate Compensation and other aspects with the candidate on successful short listing.
Finalizing the offer and negotiation, finalizing the salary structure as per MD.
Preparing Salary break up for new employee.
Preparation of offer letter, appointment letter and other joining formalities.
Ensure candidate joins the company as per the guidelines and date agreed upon.
Co-ordination with advertisement agency, job portal service providers & placement officers of various institutes as and when required.
