Responsible for overall outsourced items. To make Inspection Test Plan (ITP) of all the items. Responsible to standardize ITP for all regular incoming items. Inspect the material at vendors place as per ITP and accordingly give release note for materials to be dispatched. To check all the documents, test certificates as per requirement. Has to maintain inspection report for each and every material. Conduct stage-wise inspection at vendor’s place on critical outsourced products. To submit all the inspection reports to QC Head before the material’s inward take place in the factory. To monitor outsourced job wok. To understand the requirement of each job that is being outsourced from the concerned department. Maintain documents as per ISO norms. To submit weekly/bi-weekly report of all inspections carried out (in brief)
Provide training on industrial safety practices to employees at all levels. Participate in mock drills and emergency response exercises to ensure preparedness. Collaborate with management to develop an effective EHS management system. Prepare / get approved drawings for final product as well as of all detachable parts. Prepare / get Quality assurance plan for raw material, in process and final output checks, study clients QC requirement thoroughly. Decide about in house company production and contract work inside and outside factory. Selection and preparation of bill of material, consumables like MS / SS plates, grades, specifications, welding electrodes etc. Raise material requisition indents. Check with stores and send it to purchase department with time frames as per work planning. Monitor the progress of project related procurement status and ensure timely availability of material for fabrication shop. Prepare job sequence / procedures / establish WPS, PQR, work instruction for engineers / contractors and issue the same in writing by conducting meeting and detail explanation teaching. Training to production staff for QAP for each and every work order. Establish NDT procedures as per the requirement of the client. Allocate work to engineers and contractors Make planning for week / fortnight / month for fabrication shop and hand over it to PPC

Handling recruitment process (Bottom to Top level), coordination, scheduling interviews, follow ups with consultants for new requirements, maintaining recruitment status. Source candidates through Different mediums like job portals, internet, References & screen each prospective candidate on skills and other aspects of the requirement. Responsible for Job posting and mass mailing on job portal & sourcing resumes from portal. Conducting initial round of HR interview, coordination with concerned HODs for Technical rounds. Coordinate Interviews, feedbacks etc. between the HOD and the candidate and ensure no gaps in communication. Negotiate Compensation and other aspects with the candidate on successful short listing. Finalizing the offer and negotiation, finalizing the salary structure as per MD. Preparing Salary break up for new employee. Preparation of offer letter, appointment letter and other joining formalities. Ensure candidate joins the company as per the guidelines and date agreed upon.
