Job Overview: We are looking for a smart, professional, and customer-oriented Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, a presentable and polite personality, and prior knowledge of travel-related bookings such as flight, transport, and hotel reservations . Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and forward phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly. Manage front desk activities including visitor management and maintaining records. Coordinate travel arrangements such as flight bookings, transport reservations, and hotel accommodations as per company requirements. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars. Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, packages, and communication. Ensure reception area is tidy, presentable, and equipped with necessary stationery and materials. Support administrative tasks and assist different departments when required. Requirements: Proven experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or in a similar role. Strong command of English (spoken & written) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and professional in appearance. Basic knowledge of ticketing (flights/transport) and hotel booking is mandatory. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
