Job Description

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for Executive Sous Chef to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing menus that meet high standards of quality and presentation.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Ability to work under pressure, maintaining composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
