Job Description

Role Overview
Supports the Executive Chef in managing all kitchen operations and ensuring top-quality food production across the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in menu planning and execution for all outlets and banquets.
  • Supervise daily kitchen operations and staff performance.
  • Maintain food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage inventory, food costs, and wastage control.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and safety protocols.
  • Handle guest feedback and support special events.
  • Lead the kitchen in the Executive Chef’s absence.

Requirements

  • Culinary degree/diploma with 6–10 years’ experience.
  • Strong leadership, multi-cuisine knowledge, and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹62,976.34 per month
