Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Destination Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and leadership, with excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing menus that meet high standards of quality and presentation.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure efficient service delivery.
Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene, adhering to industry regulations.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage staff.
Ability to work under pressure, maintaining composure and professionalism during peak hours.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in culinary arts.
