Job Description

We are hiring Executives / Senior Executives for multiple internal departments. The role includes coordination, documentation, reporting, and day-to-day operational support. Suitable for freshers and experienced candidates from any background.

Role & responsibilities

Handle back-office operations and daily administrative activities
Maintain and update reports, trackers, and documentation
Assist HR team in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee support
Support sales and business development teams with follow-ups and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Manage customer or client communication (email/phone) when required
Prepare MIS reports and maintain data accuracy
Handle vendor coordination, scheduling, and office tasks
Provide general support to operational, HR, admin, and sales teams

Required Skills

Good communication skills
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Coordination and multitasking ability
Basic email drafting and documentation
Analytical & data-handling ability
Customer handling / client coordination (optional but useful)

Education

Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate
