Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Executive Secretary to provide administrative and coordination support to the Chairman of our educational institution. The role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chairmans calendar, meetings, and travel schedules
  • Handle official correspondence, emails, and documentation
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative departments
  • Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidential records and reports

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline with good communication skills.
  • 5–10 years of experience as Executive Secretary / PA to senior management
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills in English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of discretion and organizational ability
