We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Assistant Registrar to join our team at TERii in Kurukshetra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in academics and administration, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Registrar in managing the academic and administrative functions of the institution.
Develop and implement effective administrative policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with faculty members to design and deliver high-quality educational programs.
Provide guidance and support to students, staff, and parents on various academic and personal matters.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including student data and institutional performance metrics.
Participate in committees and working groups to contribute to institutional development.

Job Requirements

Master's degree in any discipline; an MBA or law degree is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in education or administration.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
