Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Moradabad for an Assistant Registrar at Teerthanker Mahaveer University. The Assistant Registrar will oversee administrative functions, coordinate academic operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support institutional policies. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate academic records, managing student admissions and registrations, facilitating examinations, collaborating with faculties and departments, and addressing inquiries. The individual will also contribute to improving processes related to student services and operational management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in administrative tasks, student records management, and effective coordination of academic operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, as well as teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of institutional policies, regulatory frameworks, and experience in educational administration.
• Proficiency in office management software and systems; familiarity with digital tools for record keeping and communication.
• Experience working in higher education or academic settings is preferable.
• A postgraduate degree in management, business administration, or a relevant field is highly desirable.
