Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Moradabad for an Aptitude Trainer at TMU. Responsibilities include developing and delivering training programs to enhance students' aptitude skills, preparing students for various competitive exams, conducting assessments, and providing feedback. The trainer will engage in curriculum development, stay updated with the latest educational trends, and ensure students are motivated and able to achieve their academic goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Aptitude Training, Quantitative Ability, and Logical Reasoning
• Experience in conducting and developing training programs
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in assessment and feedback methodologies
• Ability to engage and motivate students
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's or master's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
• Experience in preparing students for competitive exams is a plus
