Role & responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to serve as Associate Professors, contributing to teaching, research, curriculum development, and departmental leadership. The ideal candidates should have a strong academic record, a passion for research, and the ability to guide students and junior faculty members.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in AI & DS / CSE / MCA as per curriculum standards.
  
• Guide B.Tech, M.Tech, and MCA students in projects, internships, and dissertations.
  
• Supervise Ph.D. scholars and contribute to building a strong research culture.
  
• Publish high-quality research papers in peer-reviewed national and international journals.
  
• Apply for research grants and undertake funded research/consultancy projects.
  
• Assist in curriculum development and outcome-based education (OBE) initiatives.
  
• Support departmental activities including accreditations (NBA, NAAC), student clubs, and industry interaction.
  
• Mentor junior faculty and contribute to faculty development initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications

• Educational:

  Ph.D. in Computer Science / AI & DS / Information Technology or a related discipline.

• Experience:

  Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience, with at least 3 years post-Ph.D. and 2+ years as Assistant Professor or equivalent.

• Publications:

  Strong research profile with minimum of 58 publications in SCI / Scopus-indexed journals.
