Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our team as an Executive - Sales at The Fern Residency.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales software.
