Job Description

Role & responsibilities Collaborate with Educational Institute stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document processes and requirements. Document business rules, data models, and system workflows. Provide training to users and support their participation in deployments and implementations. Actively participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities. Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and propose solutions for successful project delivery. Preferred candidate profile Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
