Executive Procurement

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability.
• Support the procurement team in preparing RFQs (Request for Quotation), purchase orders, and contracts.
• Maintain and update supplier databases and records.
• Track and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, stores, finance, etc.) for procurement needs.
• Assist in cost analysis, negotiation support, and vendor performance evaluation.
• Follow up with suppliers for material delivery schedules and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and procurement standards.
• Support in data analysis, MIS preparation, and reporting related to procurement activities.

Educational Qualifications:

• B.Tech (Engineering) – Any stream (preferred: Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial).
• MBA in Operations / Supply Chain Management.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a team and multitask effectively.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
