Position Overview: We are looking for a seasoned, dynamic, and visionary leader to join our leadership team as Zonal Head – South Division . This role is pivotal in driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and expanding our footprint across the Southern states – Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Kerala . The Zonal Head will be based in Bangalore and will oversee overall business operations, strategic planning, team leadership, and performance management across the zone. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy: Lead and manage overall zonal operations and business development. Develop strategic plans for growth and expansion in the South zone. Align zonal goals with corporate objectives. Business Operations: Ensure smooth execution of home care and rehab care services. Monitor service quality, client satisfaction, and operational KPIs. Implement standardized procedures and continuous improvement practices. Team Management: Manage, mentor, and motivate multi-functional teams across 5 states. Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Clinical, and Admin. Business Development: Identify and drive new business opportunities and partnerships. Build strategic alliances with hospitals, institutions, and local health bodies. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, protocols, and internal policies. Provide periodic business reports and performance analysis to senior leadership. Key Requirements: Experience: 20 – 25 years of experience in healthcare service operations or related sectors, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple states. Education: Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Healthcare Management / or equivalent. Strong understanding of healthcare services, especially home care and rehabilitation care. Proven track record in driving business growth, team leadership, and operational excellence. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
